The vision for Gingershack Farms has been a dream in the making for over 10 years.  We are creating a space where our guests feel comfortable staying in our cabins nestled in beautiful mountains with the creek running just outside. You will also get a chance to take in our small animal farm and enjoy a very unique experience.

The art of homesteading is near and dear to our hearts and is being intertwined in our lodging experience.  It is important that we build a place where we can sustain our natural resources by remembering the past and by learning how to care for the land around us.
